Dan Dougherty, Founder

Dan was challenged to find his “Why?” by Brandon DeWitt, Founder of MX. In the beginning of 2020, Dan realized that bankers should strive to prescribe for their customers/members like medical doctors’ care for their patients. So, it was established. Dan’s why became to help bankers better understand the financial wellness vital signs (Spend, Save and Borrow) of every customer and next enable pathways to both measure and lift their financial wellness. The ultimate goal being to improve a bank’s financial statements by better advocating for the customers/members wellbeing. Dan is an Enterprise Sales Executive with Personetics, the leader as recognized by Celent in the category of Personal Financial Engagement (PFE).

Colton Pond, Fintech Expert

Colton heard Dan’s “Why?” and immediatly jumped on board with his unwavering support. With a PhD in Behavioral Economics within his grasp, Colton left acadamia to dive into the world of FinTech. His inspiration to do so came from conversations and interactions with the same Brandon DeWitt. Colton was promoted to lead a team within the marketing organzation at MX and his star lead him to managing an entire marketing department at Truv to reaching his goal as a CMO with Loan Pro. He has led rocket growth at Loan Pro growing and adding the Partnership team to his organization. Colton’s smile, insights, and enthusiasm roll into to every F4FW meeting he attends.

Chris Musto, Fintech Expert

Chris first met Dan for a lunch just before the pandemic while he held an executive strategy role at Digital Onboarding. As the group was formed it was key to have an expert to bring thoughtful insights of value for senior level bankers. Chris gave his time and thought leadership support. He has held strategic roles both as a banker with Citizens Bank as the SVP, Head of Digital Strategy. He has also worked for FinTech’s including Gomex (now Dynatrace) and his current role with Dan at Personetics. A large part of his career has been with consulting firms that banks lean on for advice and support including Keynote and Novantas. Chris has become a friend of all in the group with a uncanny ability to exit a group dinner in grand style~.
